Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join Marson and Marson Lumber, a family-owned company based in Vancouver, Washington, dedicated to helping build better communities. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from end to end for both existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Outreach to existing customers and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with customers, assessing their requirements to provide personalized solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, process orders, and manage sales documentation efficiently.
  • Achieve optimal gross margin dollar potential on all sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and order execution.
  • Handle special orders and customer service issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales or sales support role.
  • Experience in business-to-business commerce and Internet communication software preferred.
