Install Technician - Team Lead

Job Description

TAKKT Foodservices, a leading distributor of food service equipment and supplies, is seeking an experienced Install Technician - Team Lead to join our Install Team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact with customers, coordinate equipment installations, manage a team of install technicians, and drive revenue growth for the department.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and multi-unit installations, both local and out of town.
• Coordinate job plans, track hours and expenses, and ensure job completion to specifications.
• Provide white-glove deliveries and equipment installations for general sales customers.
• Train in commercial HVAC and Refrigeration fields and perform startup and service of equipment.
• Provide warranty work for projects and assist in warehouse as needed.

Requirements

• Construction industry experience in plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, or foodservice.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a team.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel, valid driver's license, and ability to move heavy equipment.
