Installation Trainer with Clerical Responsibilities

Job Description

Join Harmar Mobility as an Installation Trainer with Clerical Responsibilities, where you will play a vital role in developing and delivering technical training programs for team members, dealers, and installers. This position involves assisting the Training Manager in conducting training sessions, maintaining training materials, and ensuring a seamless training experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with logistics, training delivery, and student interaction during classes.
• Register attendees, track module completion, and issue certificates.
• Maintain training scorecard, KPIs, and reporting.
• Conduct training modules and full classes as assigned.
• Prepare and service training room and products for hands-on training.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure responsiveness to customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and high-quality training materials.
• Keep the Training Center and Lift Lab clean and organized.

Requirements

• Associates degree in education, communications, or technical field; or equivalent experience.
• Customer-facing experience with technical products preferred.

Skills

• Experience in installation, service, and technical training.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to present to small-medium sized groups.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Proficiency in current training techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of computer applications and platforms.
• Valid driver's license required.
