Comma Insurance is seeking dedicated Insurance Advisors to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will provide tailored insurance solutions to clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are met effectively. You will play a vital role in advising clients on Property, Casualty, and Life insurance products, building trust, and maintaining professional client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Interact proactively and professionally with prospects, clients, and colleagues.
• Build trust and rapport with clients over digital channels.
• Equip prospects with accurate information and options to make informed decisions.
• Cultivate new business contacts through various networking channels.
• Field underwrite and manage policies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes in the system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid P&C and Life Insurance License.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
• Previous sales experience, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technology, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver client-focused experiences across different communication channels.
• Empathy, active listening, and ability to explain insurance coverage clearly.
