Intake Assessor (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intake Assessor to join our dynamic team at The Crossroads Center. As an Intake Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, determining appropriate levels of care, and facilitating referrals for specialized programs to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will oversee the intake process for individuals seeking services, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

• Conduct psychosocial assessments.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in intake and assessments.
• Must be licensed in the State of Ohio as LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
