We are looking for an Intuit Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Foundever. As part of the Customer Experience team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our global industry clients through inbound calls, chats, and emails. This role involves navigating multiple systems, continuous training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls.
• Drive customer satisfaction via voice, chat, and/or email.
• Navigate through various systems and tools.
• Engage in ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of 101 Sykes Blvd, Chavies, KY.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Desire to advance with a reputable company.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.
• Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Successful background check required.
