Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls and deliver professional customer service.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications.

Qualifications

  • Must live within 50 miles of 101 SYKES BLVD, CHAVIES, KY 41272.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask between screens while assisting customers.
  • Problem-solver with a positive attitude and eagerness to advance in their career.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Pass a background check.
