Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
  • Navigate through multiple systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • This is an on-site position, and candidates must live within 50 miles of 101 Sykes Blvd, Chavies, KY 41272.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask while assisting customers.
  • Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
  • Desire to grow professionally with a reliable company.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be 18 or older with at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
