IOP Counselor (LSW, LPC, LCDC II or III)

Job Description

As an IOP counselor, you will be responsible for managing IOP services in the Adult Outpatient Department, conducting assessments, providing counseling, crisis intervention, and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage evening IOP groups and conduct substance use counseling.
• Complete assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and substance use education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science.
• Valid Ohio LPC, LSW, LCDC II or III licensure.
• Minimum of two years of experience in chemical dependency or mental health treatment.
