Junior ERP Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Junior ERP Developer to join our team at HORST ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING CO. In this role, you will be tasked with optimizing and maintaining data integrity in our Epicor ERP system, as well as analyzing and reporting on business process metrics for both users and stakeholders. Major Areas of Responsibility

• Implement reports, dashboards, and business processes to enhance user experience and provide key stakeholders with valuable metrics.
• Generate or modify macros to streamline data collection and validation as part of workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement data integrity checks to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and execute data migration plans for efficient transition and accurate data transfer between systems.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose innovative solutions to drive business enhancements.
• Provide training and user support to employees to ensure effective system utilization.
• Modify configurations, setups, and user access controls based on user role requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• 2-5 years of experience in a small to mid-size company, manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Prior experience working with an ERP system, Epicor preferred (other systems may be considered), in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, JSON, ABL, APIv2, with direct Epicor coding experience such as DMT/BAQ/SSRS/BPMs being a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and bring them to resolution.
