YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for their Camp Manitou Lin location in Middleville, MI. This seasonal position involves assisting the Chef and Cooks with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and providing custodial services. The role requires early mornings, afternoons, and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Assist chef and cooks in preparing and displaying food.
- Receive and store food supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, dishes, and food storage areas.
- Adhere to State of Michigan Health Regulations for food safety.
