Job Description
Plum Market is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Kitchen Front of House Assistant Manager for our Prepared Foods Department. You will be responsible for supervising service counters, overseeing catering sales and production, and maintaining all revenue centers to ensure exceptional customer service. Collaborating with the Back of House and Front of House teams, you will create a rewarding work environment and provide training for team members to excel.
Responsibilities
- Supervise service counters and catering sales.
- Maintain all revenue centers to ensure freshness and cleanliness.
- Facilitate clear communication between Back of House and Front of House teams.
- Provide training and feedback to team members.
Requirements

- Ability to balance BOH, FOH, and catering needs effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to task completion.

Compensation
