Basic Purpose
As a Labor Relations Manager at NV Energy, you will be responsible for managing the regional development, planning, and implementation of labor strategy, labor relations policies, and procedures. Your role will involve promoting collaborative labor relations, leading labor contract negotiations, and maintaining effective relationships with unions and industry contacts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement labor strategy and policies.
- Lead labor contract negotiations and grievance process.
- Build and maintain labor/management relationships.
- Assist with union contract negotiation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 6 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of labor relations, HR practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $100,700 to $118,400; Short Term Incentive Plan up to 15%.
