Landscape Crew Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Landscape Crew Supervisor to join Wise Landscaping in Columbus. As a Crew Supervisor, you will lead a team in providing landscape and snow management services on commercial properties. You will be responsible for tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installation, cleanups, and snow removal during all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in executing landscaping and snow management tasks.
• Perform snow removal using various equipment during winter months.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery on client properties.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Prior experience in landscaping and snow removal.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
