Landscape Crew Supervisor

Job Description

Join Wise Landscaping as a Landscape Crew Supervisor and lead a team to success in providing top-notch landscaping and snow management services. As a Crew Supervisor, you will oversee tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installations, cleanups, and weed spraying during the warmer seasons. In the winter, you will be responsible for snow removal operations using specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in executing landscaping and snow management services.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction on commercial properties.
• Operate snow removal equipment including plow trucks, salt trucks, skidsteers, and wheel loaders.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping and snow management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
