Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Lead Behavioral Health Tech to join TWG Investments LLC. As a Lead Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and care of our clients. This position offers a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour, with a 12-hour rotating schedule (7am to 7pm).
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
- Prepare and serve meals according to the facility menu.
- Supervise medication procedures and chart documentation.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Texas Driver's license.
- Food Handler certification preferred.
- CNA experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in the mental health field is desirable.
