Lead Grain Elevator Operator - 1st Shift

Job Description

PHM Brands is seeking a Lead Grain Elevator Operator for the 1st Shift. The Lead Elevator Operator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of elevator operations, including monitoring inventory, directing crew, ensuring safety compliance, and managing paperwork. This position also involves transferring products to mills, performing sanitation duties, and facilitating communication between departments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify bin inventory levels.
• Direct crew with daily tasks.
• Verify product and truck identification.
• Promote workplace safety protocols.
• Facilitate communication between departments.
• Perform all elevator duties including receiving, binning product, and transferring.

Qualifications

• HS Graduate or GED preferred.
• Experience in grain handling and computer skills are an asset.
• Ability to work unsupervised and adapt to flexible hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to troubleshoot.
• Comfortable with physical labor and exposure to varying climate conditions.
