Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at Mark Allen - Service Experts. As a Lead Installer for residential and light commercial projects, you will be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of HVAC equipment and accessories. Your role will involve working under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager, promoting products and services to customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in accordance with company requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products to customers.
- Assist in site supervision, planning, and estimating.
- Train other installers on technical skills and company procedures.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of HVAC experience.
- Valid licensing and certifications required by local regulations.
- Proficient in HVAC equipment functionality, duct work, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
