Job Description

First Student, the largest school transportation provider in North America, is currently seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic/Shop Foreman to join their team serving the Molalla School District. As a Lead Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for scheduling and performing maintenance on school bus fleets, diagnosing complex issues, supervising technicians, and ensuring shop efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required, willingness to obtain CDL while employed.
• At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience or technical education.
• Previous lead technician or supervisor experience preferred.
• Mechanic’s tool set required.
• Willingness to participate in ASE certification program.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.
