Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist - CRM to join Discover Financial Services. As part of the risk management team, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of assigned Corporate Risk Management Problems, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and documenting actions taken to resolve issues. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely resolution and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the life-cycle of assigned problems and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
  • Challenge root cause analysis, identify fixes, and implement controls.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and maintain problem inventory in ServiceNow.
  • Propose process improvements and mentor Service Support Specialists.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in relevant fields or 4+ years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, risk management/people management experience.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $75,500.00 to $127,900.00 with additional incentives.
