Horizon Realty Advisors LLC is looking for a talented Leasing Manager to join their team at an apartment community. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining positive resident relations through superior service, conducting property tours, managing marketing efforts including social media, coordinating resident events, and overseeing property operations. Your role will also involve training and developing the leasing team, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with rental criteria.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive resident relations through superior service.
• Consult with prospective residents to match their needs with available floor plan options.
• Train, develop, and evaluate Leasing Team members.
• Research property, market, and demographics for effective marketing strategies.
• Manage social media presence within brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute resident events and activities.
• Participate in daily property operations to ensure a neat and attractive environment.
• Review and make screening decisions for prospective residents.
• Conduct audits of lease files, property website, and market surveys.
• Develop Marketing Plans in collaboration with Property Manager and Corporate Team.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package including salary (DOE), bonus potential, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, and more. Hourly wage: $23.00-25.00 DOE, plus leasing commissions and quarterly bonuses. Rental housing discount available if living on-site.
