Leasing Manager ( CL )

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects.
• Handle leasing inquiries, tour apartments, and follow up on leads.
• Aid in creating marketing strategies and posting advertisements.
• Process rental applications, execute leases, and manage deposits.
• Oversee move-ins and move-outs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
• Participate in leasing and renewal activities and set and achieve leasing team goals.
• Supervise community facility usage and lead the leasing team.
• Assist with various administrative and property management tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment management.
• Strong multitasking abilities, deadline-oriented, and can work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a focus on exceptional customer service delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Prior knowledge of Yardi software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
