Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurse to join our Charter Senior Living family. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Document and communicate resident status accurately.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and report changes in condition promptly.
- Assist with medication records and orders.
- Monitor medication delivery and address any discrepancies.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nurse (LVN/LPN) in the applicable state.
- Experience working with the elderly is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and CPR certification are desirable.
- Background check clearance is required for employment.
