Licensed Nurse for Night Shift 6p to 6a

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Nurse for Night Shift (6:00 pm to 6:00 am) to join Calumet Trace Senior Living. As a Licensed Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care programs. Your responsibilities will include assessments, care planning, medication management, treatment implementation, and evaluation of resident care plans. You will document nursing services to ensure our residents maintain a high quality of life while preserving their dignity. This position requires patience, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to teamwork to enhance the lives of our older adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Valid/current Licensed Nurse certification.
• Prior experience in assisted living or memory care is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 pm to 6:00 am).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
