Job Description
St. Jacinta Healthcare Staffing, a non-profit staffing agency in New Hampshire, is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants to join their team. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and flexible environment while serving in long term nursing care facilities across locations including Manchester, Windham, Laconia, Dover, and Berlin. Responsibilities
- Participate in shift reports with licensed nurses.
- Maintain awareness of and follow care plans.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Assist residents with daily activities and medical procedures.
- Record vital signs and respond to resident needs promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in resident areas.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant certification in NH.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of infection control and safety measures.
