We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Director to join our team at AccessPT in Kingston, NY. As a Clinical Director, you will lead and mentor our team of therapists, oversee daily clinic operations, and ensure exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, grow, and mentor staff members
• Provide exceptional patient care and build strong relationships
• Manage and oversee daily clinic operations
• Collaborate with the Regional Director for office growth
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

• Current physical therapist license in New York
• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills
• Authorization to work in the US
