Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as directed.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center.
