Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Genesis Health's dedicated team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care to patients, while ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction. This role involves assessing patients, administering treatments, and supervising care provided by support staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
