Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Genesis Health, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with guidelines.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Train new team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in healthcare facilities.
• Proficiency in general nursing practices and MDS completion.
• Computer skills, including windows applications.
• AccuMed experience preferred.
