Job Description
VitalCore Health Strategies, a leader in Correctional Health Care, is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Kootenai County Jail in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This full-time night shift position requires at least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting. Our LPNs deliver quality care within the scope of practice outlined by state regulations, ensuring patient monitoring, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Minimum Requirements
- Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Active Practical Nurse license
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations
- Completion of clinical competencies
Essential Functions
- Meet individual patient health needs
- Implement nursing care within scope of practice
- Develop teaching plans for patients
- Administer medications and provide wound care
- Monitor vital signs and document actions
