Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Join our team at Clayton Center as a full-time, part-time, or PRN/Casual Licensed Practical Nurse for day and night shifts. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in our geriatric/long-term care team, influencing positive patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life. Partner with a diverse and interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, therapists, and social workers.
Position Highlights:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and execution.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
