Job Description
Join our team at CRSI as a First Shift Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Champaign County. We specialize in providing in-home developmental disability services for adults, focusing on a range of assistive areas including routine assessments, medication administration, and treatment of illnesses and injuries. As an LPN, you will communicate with attending physicians, participate in Admission and Discharge planning, and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN License
- Valid Driver's License and Insurance
- High School Diploma or GED
Compensation
- Starting pay of $26.50/hr
- $3000 sign-on bonus
- $3000 referral bonus
- Paid Training
