Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Crestwood. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
