Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and residents by delivering high-quality nursing care and building strong relationships with them and their families.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
