Job Description
Genesis Healthcare at St. Anthony Center is seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN / casual Licensed Practical Nurses for both day and night shifts in our geriatric/long-term care team. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe changes in condition, and report data.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
