As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in patient care by obtaining vital signs, assisting with examinations, collecting laboratory specimens, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and general health information for patient charts.
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform tests as ordered.
• Ensure accurate and concise recording of patient information.

Requirements

• Graduate of LPN program with a current license.
• Clinic practice experience preferred.
• Experience in delivering occupational health services is a plus.
