Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Part Time LPN, you will work days, evenings, or nights under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and monitor condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
