Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Health. In this role, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and contribute to patient assessments and care planning.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if required.
