Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process by completing MDS and CAAs to ensure optimal patient care and reimbursement.
Position Highlights
- Direct the interdisciplinary RAI process, ensuring compliance with guidelines for completion and electronic transmission.
- Develop individualized resident Care Plans in line with Federal and State regulations.
- Train team members on clinical content and electronic MDS completion.
