Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As an LPN, you will provide efficient nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
