We are looking to hire a per-diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Crestwood. As a Licensed Practical Nurse under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient well-being to ensure positive outcomes and satisfaction.

Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report condition changes.
- Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
