Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our patients and residents, fostering meaningful relationships, and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN license from the State Board of Nursing.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
