Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients and residents. As an LPN, you will be an essential part of our interdisciplinary team, working alongside healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and build meaningful relationships with those in our care.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
