Job Description
Genesis Healthcare, a leading healthcare services provider, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Per Diem LPN, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and ensure patient well-being.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN license by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (as required).
