Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at West Reading Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient conditions, administer medications, and supervise patient care.
