Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join Genesis Health's team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications as directed.
- Supervise patient care provided by support staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification as required.
