Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure positive clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, contributing to care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
