Job Description
We are excited to announce a job opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Genesis Healthcare, Keene Center. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required by the state of practice).
