Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Granite Ledges of Concord. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
