Job Description
Matheny School and Hospital is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at the Basking Ridge, NJ Community Residence. As an LPN at Matheny, you will provide skilled nursing care to community residents with medically complex developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary nurse for a caseload of community residents, providing skilled nursing care and ensuring continuity of care.
- Document all aspects of patients' health care in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in staff training to optimize patient care and facilitate professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and ensure the implementation of medical care plans.
- Administer medications, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and oversee patients' well-being.
